B: Yes, it's working now. Thank you.
A: You're welcome. Anything else?
B: The water tap drips all night long. I can hardly sleep.
A: I'm very sorry, sir. Some part needs to be replaced. I will be back soon.
Dialogue B
B: I've locked myself out of the room. May I borrow a duplicate key?
A: Don't worry, Mr Bell. I'll open the door for you.
(She opens the door with a duplicate key. )
B: Thank you
