family jet lag 家庭時(shí)差

'Family jet lag' is the condition people suffer when they are physically1 and emotionally drained by festive2 family trips.  “家庭時(shí)差”指的是在假日的家庭旅行之后，人們感到身體和精神上都很疲憊的情況。   The stress of travel, squeezing in too many visits and the anxiety of seeing people you meet only a few times a year all take their toll3.  旅行的壓力，安排多次到訪，以及與一年見不到幾次的家人會(huì)面帶來的焦慮，都會(huì)讓人疲憊不堪。   Psychologists say that using limited holiday time can lead to resentment4 and your sleeping patterns are disrupted, just like normal jet lag.  心理學(xué)家表示，使用有限的假期時(shí)間會(huì)使人心生憤恨，睡眠模式也會(huì)被打亂，就像平時(shí)的飛行時(shí)差那樣。
