Misappropriation：盜用，挪用
海地新總理熱拉爾·拉托爾蒂13日表示，他已經(jīng)將正式指令送到司法部，下令逮捕目前流亡海外的前總統(tǒng)阿里斯蒂德，并希望能盡快發(fā)出國際通緝令。外電報道如下：Haitian Prime Minister Gerard Latortue said on Friday he ordered his justice minister to obtain an arrest warrant on corruption charges against ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide.
Latortue, installed as the head of an interim government after the bloody rebellion that forced Aristide into exile in February, made the announcement as he formed a committee to investigate possible misappropriation of public funds and other acts of corruption by the Aristide government.
Misappropriation表示“盜用（資金），挪用（別人的錢）”。例如：The lawyer was sent to prison for misappropriating money placed in his care.（這個律師由于挪用由他保管的錢財而進了監(jiān)獄。）
據(jù)悉，阿里斯蒂德于今年2月底在國內(nèi)反對派和一些國家的壓力下辭去總統(tǒng)職務(wù)，隨后曾流亡中非、牙買加及南非。阿里斯蒂德將被指控欺詐罪和政冶罪，海地當(dāng)局指控他曾從國家金庫中偷走大批資金，并稱這是對窮困海地的政冶謀殺。
